The Rabbit hotel
The Rabbit Hotel is the most recent addition the Galgorm Group of hotels and given that The Galgorm itself is one of my favourite places in the whole world, I had high expectations. Now you can’t access the spa facilities unless you are a member or resident/guest but you can go to their divine restaurant and you can eat well even if you are coeliac!

When we arrived we were encouraged to download the online menus on their free wifi; a covid safety tool that is actually pretty handy for those of us who like to pretend we haven’t already been scouring the online menus before we even arrived! I was really impressed by the knowledge of the staff around preparation and cooking and they were happy to answer any questions we had, although given that the menu is so clear, there weren’t that many!
I love menus where I can get something ‘different’. You know what I mean… not the same 3 or 4 dishes that tend to be on offer on gluten free menus. I immediately honed in the cottage pie. How novel that I wouldn’t have to cook it myself!!!

COVID Procedures: The sanitising booth in front of the hotel is a space age experience that is definitely worth trying! All other covid guidelines are followed and enforced.
